Junior Mid-Weight Project Manager in City of London

We work with some of the most exciting luxury brands and we are seeking a Junior-Mid Weight Project Manager to join our close-knit team. We have a relaxed, busy but fun studio atmosphere who is all collaborative.

The Ideal Candidate MUST have experience:

• An understanding of retail and exhibition H&S procedures and logistics
• An understanding of technical drawings and material specifications
• Ability to problem-solve, have critical and lateral thinking skills
• Experience in planning and organising
• Experience in Retail, Window, Pop-Up, Events and Exhibition Installations
• An understanding of the luxury sector
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a Luxury Brand Agency / Production

Job Role:

• Report to the MD, and/or Senior Management
• Receiving creative briefs from our account managers and being part of the initial stages, to support in planning and defining a project’s scope and goals, alongside the MD and/or Senior Management
• Effectively aid in communicating client and design briefs to both in house production and outsourced suppliers
• Support in the day-to-day communications with clients, internal stakeholders, suppliers and production partners
• Managing budgets and finances for multiple projects at one time either as the main PM or supporting Senior Management and adhering to agreed budgets
• Ensuring schemes are produced and delivered on time while working on multiple projects
• Creating coherent and thorough project timelines and schedules
• Consistent quality control of output from both in-house and outsourced suppliers
• Continuously research new materials and production processes creating a material and technique bible which the design and production team can use

Skills:

• Understanding of 3D Visual Merchandising for retail, either via experience in another similar agency/industry or from working directly for a retail brand
• Ability and ease with working across multiple projects running simultaneously
• Creative, practical and logistical troubleshooting throughout all stages of a project
• Exploring, developing, sampling and costing with various external partners and suppliers from multiple backgrounds
• Organised and methodical with high attention to detail and time management skills
• An understanding of manufacturing techniques and materials, with technical knowledge of how things are made
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high-quality output
