We are seeking a dedicated and organised part time Administrator to join us. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office in East Kilbride. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and a professional demeanour. Responsibilities

  • Managing daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Utilising Microsoft Office programmes such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for document creation and management.
  • Maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks and other relevant software.
  • Assisting with invoicing, billing, and financial documentation through data entry and clerical support.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure organisational procedures are followed effectively.
  • Supporting client interaction.

Experience

  • Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
  • Good phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Previous clerical experience demonstrating attention to detail and reliability.
