Latcom in Southend is seeking a Window and Door Fabricator for a full-time, hands-on workshop role. Mon–Fri in the workshop with no visa sponsorship available. Experience fabricating aluminium, uPVC or timber windows/doors is essential.
You will read technical drawings, measure and cut profiles, install glazing units, and safely operate a range of workshop machinery. A practical, proactive attitude and willingness to learn are necessary.
