Print Canvas Finishing Operator required to work in Sheffield, onsite @ my client's manufacturing Company. Please note: you must have full working rights to work in the UK as no sponsorship offered. This role is permanent and shifts either 06:00 - 13:30 or 10:30 - 18:00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Finishing: Operate Kongsbergs & Fotoba cutting tables; set up and calibrate cutters to produce high-quality canvas products maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Match the cut prints with job-sheets and organise by size and separate for different clients.
  • Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cutters to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Physical Stamina: Standing for long periods and handling heavy canvas rolls, requiring good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • To comply with the Company's Health & Safety and Quality & Environmental Management System policies and procedures.
  • To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner.

Skills required:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar Print role.
  • Experience of working in the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively – verbally and in writing.
  • Good personal time management, planning and organisational skills required to manage competing demands.
