Print Guillotine Operator / Digital Finishing required to work in Sheffield, onsite @ my client’s manufacturing Company. Please note: you must have full working rights to work in the UK as no sponsorship offered. This role is permanent and offers double days - 06:00 - 13:00 and 13:30 - 21:00 on a two-week rota. Key Responsibilities * Operate Polar and Wohlenberg guillotines: Set up, calibrate and operate guillotines to finish high-quality digital print products maintaining consistency and quality. * Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on Guillotines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. * Quality Control: Ensuring that all products are finished to a high standard, with attention to detail and adherence to company policies and procedures. * Physical Stamina: Standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks, requiring good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. General * To comply with the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality & Environmental Management System policies and procedures * To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner Skills required: * A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Print role. * Experience of working in the manufacturing industry. * Skills/Knowledge Ability to communicate effectively – verbally and in writing. * Good personal time management, planning and organisational skills required to manage competing demands and priorities. * Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour accuracy, alignment, and print quality. * Personal qualities Enthusiastic personality - a ‘can do’ attitude and friendly outlook. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Calm & decisive when working under pressure. * Flexible approach to working hours.
