Print Canvas Finishing Operator required to work in Sheffield, onsite at my client’s manufacturing Company. Please note: you must have full working rights to work in the UK as no sponsorship is offered. This role is permanent with shifts either 06:00 - 13:30 or 10:30 - 18:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Finishing: Operate Kongsbergs and Fotoba cutting tables; set up and calibrate cutters to produce high-quality canvas products while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Match the cut prints with job-sheets and organise by size, separating for different clients.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on cutters to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Physical Stamina: Standing for long periods and handling heavy canvas rolls, requiring good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- To comply with the Company’s Health & Safety and Quality & Environmental Management System policies and procedures.
- To be well presented for work and conduct yourself in a professional and responsible manner.
Skills required:
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Print role.
- Experience of working in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively – verbally and in writing.
- Good personal time management, planning and organisational skills required to manage competing demands and priorities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for colour accuracy, alignment, and print quality.
- Enthusiastic personality - a ‘can do’ attitude and friendly outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; calm and decisive when working under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
