You will get the opportunity to provide specialist ecological input on a wide range of projects while supporting the team through giving advice on surveys, strategies, and mitigation.

The role involves:
- Providing senior support and specialist knowledge to ecological projects.
- Management of large-scale projects and ecology team members.
- Assisting with the review of systems of work, templates and processes.
- Tendering and budgeting.
Requirements include:
- Experience in the ecological industry, including leading a team.
- Experience in EIA's and knowledge of planning systems.
- Working knowledge of DEFRA BNG Metric and the principles of Biodiversity Net Gain would be preferable.
- Experience of mitigation strategies and licensing.
