My client is seeking an experienced PA/Secretary to join their busy Construction Company, based in Comet Way office near Southend Airport. The right person will be the backbone of their office, keeping everything running like clockwork. Your day-to-day will involve managing diaries, setting up meetings, handling emails, and correspondence, working with our subcontractors, and supporting staff with various admin tasks including expenses. Skills required: • Someone who\’s worked in a similar role before – construction industry experience would be a big plus • Strong Microsoft Office skills and general computer know-how • A keen eye for detail and excellent organisation skills • Great communication – you\’ll be dealing with people at all levels • The ability to spin multiple plates while keeping cool under pressure • A proactive approach – we need someone who can spot what needs doing and just get on with it This is a permanent, full-time position based in the office (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
