Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Leigh-on-Sea We\’re looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join my client’s friendly team in Leigh-on-Sea. If you\’re passionate about property and love helping people, find their dream home, this could be perfect for you. Day-to-day responsibilities: • Building relationships with buyers and sellers • Conducting engaging property viewings • Negotiating deals that work for everyone • Growing our client base through proactive outreach What we\’re looking for: • At least 1 years\’ experience as a Sales Negotiator • Self-motivated individual who thrives on commission • Strong local knowledge of Leigh-on-Sea and surrounding areas • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills • Full UK driving license and own car essential Working hours: • Monday-Friday: 8:45am – 6pm • Saturdays: 9am – 5pm • One weekday off per week • Sunday rota (1 in 6): 10am – 4pm If you\’re confident working independently, have a proven track record in property sales, and these hours suit you – we\’d love to see your CV
