Electrician/Improver/mate/Labourer

Solar Electrician/Improver/mate/Labourer required to work around the Gloucester area. Please do not apply if you do NOT drive or have your own transport. My client is happy to take on a Domestic Improver/electrician/Mate or Labourer, if you fancy a change of scene and would like to try something different from Domestic electrical work. Solar is more niche and full training will be provided. Job Responsibilities: * Install string cables onto photovoltaic (PV) array tables. * Terminate DC mains cables at combiner boxes and inverter stations. * Make off MC4 connectors at panels and combiner boxes. * Terminate communication cables (RS485, CAT5, CAT6). Skills & Qualifications required: * Training will be provided * CSCS card or ECS card (of some grading) * 2+ years’ experience * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification, not essential * Experience in commercial or industrial work (solar experience is a bonus). * Full UK driving license.
