1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer required to work in my client's London Offices Monday to Friday. Please note: you will be required to work in their offices so there is no Hybrid or remote work. The role is shift based from the following hours: 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 and then a 14:00-22:00 to ensure that business activities are supported to an adequate level. Job purpose: * To support the infrastructure and systems that run my client’s business-critical services. * Capable of working in a fast-paced environment driving performance and reliability from software, infrastructure and cloud environments. * To communicate clearly to customers, staff and suppliers, while maintaining high standards of service delivery. * To provide accurate reporting for the business as directed. Skills required: * 2yrs + Proven 1st/2nd Line IT Support skills. * Enthusiastic. * Active Directory. * Intune. * Office 365. * Windows and macs. * iPhone setup. * Laptop imaging.
