The Claude AI & Automation Specialist is a lead‑level individual contributor responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and deep working knowledge of Claude across every function within Koin’s multi‑brand e‑commerce business. This role focuses on process automation and workflow building — identifying manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the business and designing Claude‑powered solutions that save time, reduce cost, and improve output quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Automation & Workflow Building: Design, build, and maintain Claude‑powered automations that deliver measurable time and cost savings. Develop multi‑step workflows that integrate Claude with existing business systems and tools.
- Training & Team Enablement: Design and deliver structured training programmes to upskill team members across all departments in effective AI usage. Provide one‑to‑one coaching and ad‑hoc support to help individuals integrate AI into their specific workflows.
- Prompt Engineering & Output Quality: Develop and refine prompting strategies to maximise the accuracy, consistency, and quality of Claude’s outputs across Chat, Cowork, and Code. Establish best practices and style guides for prompt engineering across different use cases.
- AI Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to the development of the business’s AI adoption roadmap and strategic priorities. Research and evaluate new AI tools, models, and capabilities relevant to Koin’s operations.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and e‑commerce teams to understand their workflows and pain points. Act as the central point of contact for AI‑related questions, requests, and project scoping across the business.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable deep expertise with Claude across all surfaces including Chat, Cowork, and Code.
- Proven track record of using AI to automate business processes and deliver measurable efficiency gains.
- Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to design, test, and iterate on complex prompts for diverse use cases.
- Experience designing and building agent‑based workflows including sub‑agents and orchestration agents.
- Comfortable with light coding including working with APIs (REST, webhooks, OAuth), JSON, and basic scripting (e.g. Python or JavaScript).
