What would be your main challenges?

  • Support areas of our operation including check in, baggage, ticket desk, flight dispatch, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills at all times.
  • Observe the mission, vision and company values and follow the company's procedures and processes when serving customers.
  • Communicate any delays to our customers as required.
  • Prioritise clients with special needs.

What do you need to be our next Customer Services Representative?

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative whilst being a strong team player.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with minimum supervision.
  • Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
