The VP of Engineering is a senior technology leader responsible for defining and executing the engineering strategy that powers our product portfolio. This role oversees the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. This role will be responsible for driving technical excellence, along with living our core values of Embrace Agility, Cultivate Curiosity, Customer Inspired, and Team Matters.
About the team:
You’ll report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will lead a global team of engineers, architects, and technical leaders across EMEA and North America time zones, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives and priorities. If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!
Who will you work with?
You’ll partner closely and collaborate with peers across the company including Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Business Technology, and HR. You’ll be a key partner in shaping and delivering company-wide strategies.

- Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with Product Management to translate the product roadmap into actionable Engineering deliverables, while driving alignment and resolving interdependencies across teams.
- Align Engineering strategy with long‑term business objectives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value and competitive advantage.
- Proactively monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage prioritization and escalation of Engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure adherence to compliance regulations across all engineering activities.
- Technology & Architecture
- Lead the roll‑out of AI‑driven software development to enhance efficiency, code quality, and innovation.
- Ensure high‑quality, robust, scalable, and secure architecture across all platforms at a global scale.
- Champion innovation, and continuous improvement in both the technology stack and development processes.
- Mentor a high‑performing Engineering organization, while cultivating the next generation of leaders.
- Promote a culture of accountability, diversity, and continuous learning.

- Maintain and evolve metrics and KPIs to measure Engineering performance and product quality.
- Optimize resource allocation, budgets, and vendor relationships.
