As a key member of the SEM team, you’ll work closely with the SEM Team Lead to plan, execute, and analyse paid search campaigns across multiple brands and products, with a clear focus on Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Microsoft Advertising. Your goal: ensure all campaigns align with our business and marketing objectives, pushing constantly for optimisation, automation, and innovation.
What your impact will be:
- Take full ownership of SEM performance for a specific market or product area.
- Identify growth opportunities and lead testing, scaling, and optimisation initiatives.
- Deliver actionable insights and drive measurable impact through data‑driven decision making.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Branding, Analytics, Pricing) to enhance campaign efficiency and innovation.
- Develop and maintain best practices for SEM and share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to automation projects (scripts, rules, feed management) to streamline campaign operations.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of managing and optimising Paid Search large accounts, with solid experience in Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑million budgets and complex account structures across multiple markets.
- Deep understanding of smart bidding, automation, and audience strategies.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and performance reporting.
- Highly data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and measurement frameworks.
- Strong collaboration mindset and eagerness to work with teams beyond SEM to scale impact.
- Advanced level of Italian.
- Desirable: Minimum knowledge of MySQL, BigQuery. Understanding of A/B test tools.
