DESCRIPTION:
As a Video Content Creator, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging, high-performing TikTok content for a range of exciting clients. You’ll create, shoot, edit, and publish thumb-stopping video content that aligns with brand tone and performance goals. Your role doesn’t end at publishing, you’ll help track trends, analyse what’s working (and what’s not), and be part of a team that’s constantly pushing the boundaries of creative content.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation & Production
- Create platform-native video content tailored for TikTok
- Film and edit short-form content using tools like CapCut, maintaining high creative standards
- Schedule and publish content directly to client\'s TikTok pages
- Organise and maintain content archives on Google Drive after publication
- Trend Monitoring & Research
- Proactively identify trends across TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Research and document trending topics, audio, effects, and visual styles
- Share insights with the broader team and apply them to future content strategies
- Content Performance Analysis
- Collaborate with the team on building monthly and quarterly content performance reports
- Use data and analytics to assess the success of campaigns and inform content strategy
- Identify actionable steps to boost engagement, reach, and video completion rates
- Copywriting & Brand Tone
- Write concise, engaging, and on-brand captions and video scripts
- Adapt brand tone of voice across various projects and clients
