We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially minded and culturally plugged-in Account Manager to join the team at Lasting Lemons. We are a London-based social media marketing agency specialising in strategy, content creation, creator campaigns, talent management and paid media management. You’ll own the day-to-day running of client accounts across social, creator and content campaigns — managing communication, timelines, delivery and reporting while ensuring everything meets both client objectives and our own creative standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and understands how social-first brands operate online.

You’ll work closely with our Founder, Brand Director, Head of Strategy & Ops, and creative team to help deliver standout work across TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.

  • Own the day-to-day management of client accounts from briefing through to delivery and reporting
  • Manage client communication across a portfolio of accounts
  • Build and maintain project timelines, schedules and content plans
  • Brief creative and content teams on deliverables, timelines and budgets
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high creative standard
  • Manage priorities across multiple projects and deadlines
  • Work closely with strategy and creative teams to ensure all work aligns with brand direction and campaign objectives
  • Review creative output alongside the Senior Content Creator to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Support client retention and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
  • Keep internal workflows, systems and project trackers updated across tools such as Notion, Google Drive and Sprout Social
  • Occasionally support content shoots and social-first production environments

Experienced in account management, client services or social media management. Agency experienced, or have worked in-house for a consumer-facing brand. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Passionate about social media, digital culture and platform trends. Interested in brand growth, creative strategy and content marketing. Comfortable working across multiple projects in a collaborative environment. Excited by both creative thinking and operational delivery.

Work with exciting consumer and culture-led brands. Be part of a fast-growing creative agency. Help shape ideas from concept through to execution. Work closely with a collaborative, ambitious and creative team. Gain exposure across strategy, content, creators and production. Opportunity to transition into a long-term full-time role.

Working with the Lemons team should leave people feeling energised, supported and uplifted by a positive, can-do attitude. We push boundaries, challenge the expected, and always bring fresh thinking to the table.

Monthly Retainer: £2,000-3,000 p/m depending on level of experience. Contract: Initial 3-month freelance contract with opportunity to become full-time. Expected Commitment: 5 days per week. Location: Hybrid / London office, expected 3 days per week (Tues-Thurs). Reporting to: Hattie Jordan, Brand Director.
