We’re looking for a creative, culturally aware and ideas-driven Content Intern to join the growing content team at Lasting Lemons. We are a London-based social media marketing agency specialising in strategy, content creation, creator campaigns, talent management and paid media management. You will be working directly with our clients, including itsu, Cafe Nero, Fruitage, Bio&Me, Ticketmaster, The Curators, Flo, Mashgang, Capsicana, and many more.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real agency experience creating social-first content for brands across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy teams across content planning, editing, production and trend research while developing your skills inside a fast-growing creative agency. Perfect for someone obsessed with internet culture, social trends and storytelling who’s eager to learn by doing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Creation & Editing
- Support the content team in creating TikTok and Instagram content
- Film and edit short-form content using tools such as CapCut
- Assist with publishing and scheduling content to client social channels
- Organise and maintain content archives across Google Drive
- Trend Research & Creative Ideas
- Monitor TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms for trends and cultural moments
- Research trending audio, creators, formats and visual styles
- Bring weekly creative ideas and trend insights to the team
- Help translate trends into platform-native content concepts
- Performance & Reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach and retention
- Support content reporting and performance reviews
- Contribute insights that help shape future creative direction
- Copywriting & Brand Voice
- Write engaging captions, hooks and short-form video scripts
- Adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences
- Ensure content feels authentic, engaging and native to each platform
