WHAT THE ROLE REQUIRES
The Warehouse Supervisor will be a proactive and dedicated individual to support our close team in ensuring the smooth running of our event logistics and back-of-house functions. Working closely with Event Managers, Resource & Logistics Manager & the kitchen team, this role plays a key part in preparing vehicles, managing stock, and maintaining accurate systems, while supporting the day-to-day coordination of our events operations.
The ideal candidate will be the key back of house contact, ensuring clear communication across departments, and upholding the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and Health & Safety compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Timely packing of equipment for each event, ensuring correct labelling and efficient packing with assistance
- Coordinating the pack down of equipment post event and with the help of kitchen portering to wash, clean and re
- Attend weekly operations meetings and implement procedures to ensure equipment is loaded on to vans and drivers are ready for collections with clear instructions.
- Keep visual weekly logistics board up to date with upcoming events.
- Assist in ensuring all vehicles are loaded with the correct equipment and safely prepared for transportation.
- Work closely with the teams daily to ensure all relevant information is communicated clearly.
- Share important information within the wider Last
- Liaise regularly with other departments to support smooth communication across the business.
- Assist with stock control processes and the management of orders.
- Help maintain accurate stock control systems and assist in planning capacity requirements.
- Support the maintenance schedule of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
- Assist in ensuring all deliveries are checked in accordance with company policies.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Ideally a full clean UK driving license
- Previous warehouse or back-of-house experience
- Strong spoken and written English skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including occasional weekends
