For more than two decades, Last Supper London has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional catering and hospitality within some of the UK's most prestigious historic building, museums and cultural institutions.

Working with brands, private clients and elevated corporations on food and drink experiences built around nuance, atmosphere and exceptional service. We have been doing this for over two decades and our whole ethos is about food and moments that stay with people long after the event ends.

We're looking for a fantastic hospitality professional with a passion for luxury catering, events management and team leadership to play a key role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences while driving commercial success.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Lead the Event Planning team, ensuring exceptional client and guest experiences from enquiry through to event delivery. We operate an end-to-end planning structure.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across private and corporate events
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience for every event
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, support and performance management
  • Collaborate closely with the Culinary, Operations and Logistics teams to deliver seamless events
  • Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, labour costs and profitability targets
  • Ensure all events are delivered in line with brand standards and operational excellence
  • Oversee event planning processes, contracts and operations logistics
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Deliver multiple event proposals and manage a busy event calendar with all deliverables, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and time management
  • Undertake tastings, site visits and client meetings

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Significant management experience within event catering or hospitality environments
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving commercial performance
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing large teams
  • Excellent event planning and operational management experience
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and delivering memorable experiences
  • Experience working within a premium or luxury guest-focused environment
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable in live event environments
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong team spirit
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards
