We are looking for a Market Manager Assistant to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help power up the traveller’s journey for millions of holidaymakers. Responsibilities

  • Support the development and ongoing management of relationships with hotel partners, effectively communicating the value proposition of working with lastminute.com
  • Assist in the evaluation of existing partnerships by analysing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional activities and commercial initiatives to enhance availability and competitiveness of hotel offerings
  • Support the identification, onboarding, and setup of new hotel partners, ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of regular performance reviews with partner hotels, providing data‑driven insights and recommendations
  • Provide operational support to hotel partners, ensuring timely resolution of queries and effective day‑to‑day account management
  • Support the identification of supply gaps and market needs, contributing to initiatives that align supply with demand
  • Analyse performance data and prepare accurate and timely weekly and monthly reports on supplier performance
  • Maintain high data quality standards across internal systems and support administrative and coordination tasks within the team

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
  • Proficiency in Mac, Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and PC applications
  • Strong problem‑solving, analysis, and planning skills
  • Adapts well to and thrives in an evolving workplace and industry
  • Possesses creative and innovative instincts, with the ability to translate ideas into reality
  • Thrives as a team player with a strong work ethic
