As a Senior Investment Manager at Last Mile, you’ll take the lead on strategic investment analysis across our utility infrastructure assets — driving long‑term revenue forecasting, portfolio evaluation, and project‑specific asset valuation. Managing a small team, you’ll provide guidance and support while continuing to shape the direction and maturity of the investment function.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Investment Manager:
- Lead the development of long‑term revenue forecasts and financial models, including regulated tariff modelling.
- Oversee portfolio analysis across installed assets, orderbook, and pipeline to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive project‑specific asset valuation and investment modelling to support key business cases.
- Prepare and present investment cases and insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members while contributing to strategic planning and investment prioritisation.
Experience / Knowledge:
- 5+ years’ experience in investment analysis, infrastructure, utilities, or regulated sectors.
- Advanced financial modelling skills (Excel essential; VBA, Python or Power BI desirable).
- Understanding of asset revenue modelling.
- Experience within regulated revenue structures is desirable.
