As a Senior Multi-Utility Designer - Variations, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all design variation requests received from clients, the internal Operations team and external stakeholders, overseeing the process from formal change request through to construction. You will also line manage a team of designers and support trainees through their development programmes.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Multi-Utility Designer - Variations:
- Team Leadership, Coaching and People Management: Provide effective line management to Designers, Intermediate and Trainee Designers, offering day to day coaching, technical guidance and operational support while managing people related responsibilities and developing team capability.
- Design Variation Assessment and Design Updates: Review Design Variation Orders, assessing technical and commercial impacts, creating DVO records in simPRO and producing updated designs and documentation with full traceability.
