As a Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract, you will produce cost effective, value engineered multi utility designs that meet customer requirements. This includes preparing bills of quantities, financial summary reports and formal letters of offer, ensuring each proposal is accurate, commercially sound and ready to progress.
