Business Development Manager – North England (Maternity Cover - 6-9months)

Our Sales team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a talented Business Development Manager to join us on a maternity cover.
As Business Development Manager, you will create new opportunities with housebuilders, master developers and consultants across North England, focusing on organisations where Last Mile currently has limited or no established relationship. Building on our existing regional pipeline and the relationships developed through years of successful project delivery, you will help us extend our reach across the area. You will identify the key decision makers for utility connections, develop trusted relationships and convert opportunities into secured plots.
This is a technical sales role involving multiple stakeholders, and you will manage the process from initial contact through to completion. Working closely with our design and estimating teams, you will shape compelling proposals and secure assets for Last Mile to design, build, own and operate within agreed commercial parameters.
