As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll support the planning and coordination of all project works and requirements from customer call off through to the release of asset value payments. Scheduling work in a productive manner using team location, availability, skill sets, costs and work requirements as a minimum to achieve this effectively.

Your responsibilities as a Scheduling Coordinator:
- Client & Project Coordination: Coordinate customer installation requests and keep projects moving through each stage.
- Resource & Schedule Management: Plan and organise work schedules based on team availability, location and project needs.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Update systems and support the team by tracking progress, timelines, and key project information.
- Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and support communication to ensure work is delivered effectively.
- Process Improvement & Compliance: Accurately input and maintain data in internal systems (e.g. simPRO) and ensure records are up to date. Support the team in identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Administration experience
- IT literacy and ability to use computer packages relevant to the area of work.
- Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, and Access Databases.
- CAD experience (desirable)
