As an Asset Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the wastewater asset adoption process, ensuring assets delivered by developers meet company standards, regulatory requirements and adoption criteria. Acting as the main link between developers, asset inspectors, design teams and operational stakeholders, you will coordinate inspections, monitor defects and remedial works, track compliance and maintain accurate records to support the successful adoption of assets into company ownership. Using a proactive and collaborative approach, you will help drive the timely adoption of assets, manage compliance risks and ensure a smooth transition that supports the long-term operation of the wastewater network. This is primarily a home-based position for candidates located close to Cardiff, with monthly travel to the office for team collaboration and meetings.
