As Associate Director, at Last Mile Asset Management (LMAM), you will lead and manage technically focused teams, using experience in a similar industry to drive operational excellence.
You will play a key role in business development by fostering strategic partnerships, removing barriers, and positioning Last Mile as the adopter of choice.
The role requires balancing stakeholder interests to implement compliant technical solutions, ensuring asset compliance and protecting investment.
Furthermore, you will also contribute to business change initiatives, representing the company at board meetings, and work collaboratively as part of the senior leadership team to achieve LMAMs objectives.
