As a Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract, you will produce cost effective, value engineered multi utility designs that meet customer requirements. This includes preparing bills of quantities, financial summary reports and formal letters of offer, ensuring each proposal is accurate, commercially sound and ready to progress.

Your responsibilities:
- Produce coordinated multi utility designs for electricity, gas and water that meet client requirements, industry standards and value engineering expectations.
- Prepare accurate quotation documentation including Bills of Quantities, Financial Summary Reports and Letters of Offer in line with internal processes.
- Manage technical and commercial validation by issuing designs and documents for review, capturing feedback and updating records accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation, revision control and approval tracking within simPRO to support delegated authority and audit requirements.
- Support a smooth project handover by attending winners meetings and transferring approved designs and information to the post contract design team.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Multi-Utility Design experience
