As a Multi-Utility Designer - Variations, you will manage and coordinate design variation requests from clients, internal operations teams and external stakeholders. You will oversee each variation from the initial change request through to construction, ensuring designs are accurately updated, approved and ready to progress on site.

Your responsibilities as a Multi-Utility Designer - Variations:
- Manage design variation requests by assessing their impact on existing designs, costs and programme, and setting up accurate records within simPRO.
- Update designs and prepare revised quotation documentation, ensuring materials, costs and technical scope are accurately reflected.
- Coordinate technical and commercial validation by issuing updated documents to Engineering and Estimating teams and incorporating feedback and approvals.
- Prepare and submit updated design approval packs for electricity, gas and water networks, managing engineer review, sign off and approved for construction status.
- Oversee variation requests through to client acceptance and construction handover, issuing final approved drawings to Project Managers and clients to support delivery.
