As a Multi-Utility Designer Post Contract, you will be responsible for producing comprehensive multi utility design approval packs that meet the requirements of key external stakeholders. This includes working to standards set by upstream network operators, water incumbents, fire authorities, solicitors managing land rights, and internal Last Mile teams, ensuring designs are approved and ready to progress.

Your responsibilities as a Multi-Utility Designer Post Contract:
- Produce detailed multi utility construction drawings and approval packs that enable safe and accurate installation on site.
- Review and develop designs following handover, incorporating client and project feedback and managing any required design changes or variations.
- Prepare and coordinate design approval submissions for electricity, gas, water, fire authorities and Last Mile adopted networks, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
- Manage the approval process by issuing packs for engineering review, addressing comments, achieving formal sign off and progressing drawings to approved for construction status.
- Coordinate the timely issue of approved drawings and documents to CAD, clients and Project Managers to support smooth project delivery.
