As a Technical Design Coordinator, you will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of our Design function. You will provide professional and effective administrative support, helping to coordinate design activities and ensuring our internal teams and external partners receive the highest standard of service.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Design Coordinator:
- Data input and maintenance of electronic databases, populated with Asset and Customer information in order to facilitate business compliance and obligations.
- Managing and responding to queries from a variety of sources internally and externally e.g. Customers, shippers, suppliers and distribution network operators.
- Manage regular and routine correspondence with various departments throughout the business.
- Responsible for the careful handling of service-related data, apply and maintain accurate systems, process, policies, and procedures.
- Regular communication with internal and external colleagues to provide information by relevant methods and enable effective decision making.
- Maintain the appropriate internal IT systems to allow accurate reporting.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Demonstrable experience of working within a similar technical administrative role.
- Excellent IT literacy with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
