Our growing team in Stonehouse is looking for a skilled Multi-Utility Coordinator to join us.
As a Multi-Utility Coordinator at UKPS, you will be part of our New-Works team, overseeing the installation of electricity, gas, water, and fibre mains infrastructure. You will manage the full process ensuring compliance with customer requirements, coordinating labour, plant, materials, and securing necessary authorisations to keep projects running smoothly.

Your responsibilities as a Multi-Utility Coordinator:
- Customer & Internal Communication: Act as the key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication via approved systems, emails, and phone calls.
- Project Coordination: Process installation requests for mains and service connections on residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed within departmental SLAs.
- Work & Resource Management: Prepare clear work instructions, coordinate labour and subcontractors, and schedule site teams in collaboration with the Scheduling team.
- Materials & Procurement: Manage and control materials for regional MU projects, raising purchase orders as needed while reducing wastage.
- Compliance & Documentation: Handle operational paperwork, complete water authority forms, and liaise with Change Control and Site Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
