As a Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Sales Team and helping our Business Development Managers build a strong pipeline of new opportunities. You'll identify and develop potential customer leads, monitor each opportunity as it progresses, and track conversion activity. You'll also provide practical support to the Business Development Managers by coordinating appointments, preparing literature, producing reports, and making the most of the systems and tools available.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator:

  • Identify, target and develop new business opportunities by using available tools, internal systems and customer insight.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by generating activity, identifying the right contacts and recording updates accurately in simPRO.
  • Represent Last Mile professionally by promoting products and services, managing website enquiries and ensuring timely follow up with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide coordinated support to the Sales Team by arranging meetings, managing diaries, preparing literature and supporting presentations and marketing activity.
  • Prepare accurate reports, sales statistics, forecasting information and project data to support decision making and sales performance.

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Previous Sales and Administration experience
  • The successful candidate will be highly organised and IT literate, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.
