As an Site Manager with Last Mile (under our UKPS brand), youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of work across your region.This includes managing the daily operations of our electric workforce, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high standards in network construction.Youll lead and support site-based teams, focusing on productivity and quality while driving operational efficiency.Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, youll oversee your teams monthly productivity and financial performance, ensuring our standards of excellence are always met. Conduct monthly audits on operational teams to maintain work and equipment standards, implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure upcoming work is well-resourced, including site vetting and material orders, and review work instructions for viability. Serve as the initial point of contact for craft teams, addressing technical, material, and administrative inquiries. Support scheduling by reviewing work programs in advance and managing team deployment for efficiency. Monitor team performance against KPIs, report any incomplete work to Project Managers, and ensure NERS compliance and competency assessments. Experience / Knowledge: Previous experience of power distribution networks. Experienced in managing multiple projects/teams across different locations.
