As a Commercial Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial team with accurate financial, contractual and administrative activity across a range of projects. You will be involved in procurement, cost control and reporting, while also gaining hands-on experience in subcontract management and variations.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in finance support, commercial administration or a similar role, along with confidence using Excel.

Your responsibilities as a Commercial Assistant:
- Raise purchase orders and work orders, maintain accurate commercial data and keep key databases up to date.
- Produce reports, manage commercial trackers and provide information to support monthly reporting.
- Support the commercial shared inbox, change control processes and the preparation of construction variations.
- Assist with subcontract management, including liabilities, accruals, applications for payment.
