As a Sales Coordinator, you will support the Sales Team, working closely with the Business Development Managers (BDMs) to target, identify and develop new customer pipeline opportunities for the team to progress.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator:
- Customer Engagement and Enquiry Management: Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers using approved literature and marketing and respond to website enquiries, coordinating with the sales team and internal departments to ensure timely and professional follow up.
- Sales Team Support and Coordination: Provide day to day administrative support to the sales team, including coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings with prospective clients and ensuring all communication and actions are fully logged within internal systems.
- Reporting, Data and Sales Insights: Prepare reports, data analysis and project information to support sales activities and informed decision making.
- Sales Materials and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support the preparation of sales presentations, business literature and monthly marketing campaigns. Help maintain an up-to-date collection of accurate and consistent sales materials to support the wider sales function.
