Our Field Services team is expanding, and we are pleased to welcome a proactive and capable Field Services Operator (Meter Reader) to support our continued growth.
As a Field Services Operator (Meter Reader), you will be based in Slough or surrounding areas and will travel to sites your region.
Your role will be varied, with responsibilities ranging from automated and manual meter readings to conducting inspections, investigating faults and installing or troubleshooting remote monitoring equipment.
You will also play an important role in identifying and documenting why certain meters fail to connect to the AMR system, helping us maintain the high levels of quality and reliability our customers expect.

Identify, investigate, and report issues such as non-connecting meters, anomalies, and faulty equipment, escalating when necessary.
Complete meter-related tasks including serial number checks, logging updates, and carrying out meter exchanges.
Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and arrange maintenance for remote pressure and flow monitoring equipment while maintaining accurate operational records.
