Responsibilities

  • Support the day‑to‑day supervision of multi‑skilled operatives and subcontractors, driving productivity and maintaining morale.
  • Promote a customer‑focused culture.
  • Assist with the safe and compliant delivery of construction projects, ensuring work meets contract requirements, quality standards, and all permits and regulatory obligations.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, materials, plant and scheduling to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and sites are fully prepared.
  • Monitor performance and standards through audits, reviews and reporting; support investigations, maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of documentation.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and customers, supporting communication, resolving issues and contributing to successful project and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • NRSWA qualification (desirable).
  • Health.
