Responsibilities:
- Capture meter readings using automated AMR systems and conduct manual readings where required.
- Identify, investigate and report issues such as non‑connecting meters, anomalies and faulty equipment, escalating when necessary.
- Complete meter‑related tasks including serial number checks, logging updates and carrying out meter exchanges.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot and arrange maintenance for remote pressure and flow monitoring equipment while maintaining accurate operational records.
- Uphold Health & Safety standards by following all procedures, using appropriate PPE and proactively reporting hazards, near‑misses or incidents.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Basic mechanical and electrical fault‑finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
