As a Technical Administrator, you’ll provide vital administrative support for activities relating to our electricity and gas networks, ensuring their smooth operation and continued development. You’ll work closely with our Operations and Control teams to support the effective management of adopted networks and the customers they serve. With a strong focus on delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders, your organisation skills and attention to detail will help ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Your responsibilities as a Technical Administrator:

  • Maintain and update business systems with accurate information relating to the company’s electricity and gas assets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Support the management of supply interruptions and asset damage notifications, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers, developers, ICPs, and third parties.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email, delivering excellent service and clear communication at all times.
  • Assist Network Coordinators with handling enquiries, complaints, compensation claims, and the recovery of costs for faults and damages.
  • Manage departmental mailboxes by responding to incoming messages and directing queries to the appropriate team members.
