As a Senior Asset Technician, you will play an important role in supporting the adoption of assets into the company. You will ensure that all asset records and as laid drawings are accurate, registered and stored in the appropriate systems to the required standards. Alongside carrying out the core responsibilities of an Asset Technician, you will provide technical support, contribute to team reporting and analysis, and support management by taking part in internal and external meetings.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Asset Technician:
- Support the Manager by preparing and presenting clear data, reports and insights on asset submissions, workflow progress and team performance.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex asset record queries, data issues and drawing standards, providing guidance, mentoring and training to colleagues and new team members.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining documentation standards, workflows and quality controls, while promoting best practice across the team.
- Progress submissions efficiently by identifying missing information, managing queries within agreed service standards and verifying documentation and drawings so Completion Certificates can be issued.
- Create, update and maintain accurate multi utility as laid and as built drawings to company standards, ensuring records are audit ready and stored correctly within the document management system and relevant project folders.
- Deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders by meeting agreed business standards and service levels, while carrying out other appropriate duties requested by the Manager.
Experience / Knowledge:
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency
- Experience in a technical administrative or data handling role, with evidence of increased responsibility or leadership.
- Proven ability to oversee and track KPIs, analyse data, and consistently deliver against established SLAs.
