As we prepare for our UK launch, we’re looking for a student support in London to be part of this exciting journey. If you’re passionate about pets, customer care, and making a difference, this role is for you. This is your chance to be part of a growing, mission-driven company from the very beginning. You’ll work closely with our Customer Care Specialists and Country Manager, take on responsibility from day one, and help design and optimize our customer service processes as we grow.

The core part-time working hours that we are looking to cover are 5.00pm-8.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am-2.00pm on Saturdays. We are looking for someone that wants to work minimum 20 hours per week. We want you to come to the office once per month otherwise it is fine with remote work.

Tasks

  • Communicate with our customers via chat, email, and phone
  • Help create process documentation and service guides
  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
  • Propose improvements to the customer journey based on insights
  • Take on additional projects typical of a fast-growing start-up

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a student for at least 2 more semesters
  • Empathetic, positive, and communicative
  • Passionate about pets (dogs & cats) and able to relate to pet owners
  • Organized, proactive, and a great team player
