Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in the Greater Reading Area.
The Sales Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of prospects.
Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers across various industries, understanding their cleaning and efficiency needs, and proposing appropriate service or equipment packages.
The role involves preparing and delivering sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure successful implementation.
The Sales Specialist will also provide post‑sale support, gather customer feedback, and contribute to ongoing sales strategy and market development.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long‑term relationships and delivering responsive, solution‑oriented support.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, such as prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in B2B environments.
