What You’ll Be Doing
- Unloading sheet metal from assigned beds using the appropriate tools
- Handling, counting and sorting metal parts
- Supporting production operatives with day-to-day tasks
- Packing parts correctly for dispatch (boxes, bubble wrap and pallets)
- Keeping work areas and machinery clean and tidy (housekeeping duties)
- Recycling cardboard, plastic and other materials
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Completing basic paperwork when required
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
- Able to work as part of a team
- Basic Maths and English skills
- Applicants must be 18 years or over
Working Pattern
- You can choose between early or late fit shift:
- Early shift: 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday; 6am-2:30pm (30-minute unpaid break)
- Late shift: 10-hour shifts; Monday to Thursday; 1:30pm-00:00 (30-minute unpaid break)
What We Offer

- 24 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays (Christmas shutdown)
