We are looking to recruit a driver / labourer to work within our existing team. £11 - £13 / hour depending on experience, good overtime rates & bi-annual performance related bonus scheme. You will work within our existing team of resin floor installers, operating from our base in Hull. Work is nationwide & involves working out of town, but most of our work is within a 2 hour drive. Our projects range from large new build or renovations to reactive floor repairs & maintenance work.
Main Duties
- Surface preparation
- Mixing of resin products (screeds, seal coats etc)
- Assisting the floor layer / supervisors
- Loading of & housekeeping of vans
- General housekeeping of work areas
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving license
- CSCS Card
- Able to take instruction
- Flexible & willing to travel at short notice (if needed)
- Available to work out of normal hours
- Good people skills / able to work as a team
Must be motivated, take pride in their work & have good people skills. Previous experience in resin application would be beneficial although not essential. We are an established, respected & stable company offering competitive rates of pay & opportunities for overtime. All necessary training will be provided as part of an ongoing training plan.
