We’re expanding! Our busy laser and skincare clinic is looking for passionate, confident, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. We’re currently hiring for Beauty Therapists, Senior Therapists, Team Leader and an Assistant Manager. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of industry experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Positions Available:
- Beauty Therapist – Entry Level & Experienced
Please only APPLY if you hold a Level 3 VTCT/Level 3 NVQ in Beauty or Level 4 NVQ Laser. Ideally, you’ll have at least 6 months’ experience in a laser or skincare clinic (preferred). You must be able to work independently, managing your own clients and treatment schedule. Confidence, communication skills, and a drive to hit sales targets are a must. - Senior Beauty Therapist
Please only APPLY if you hold a Level 3 VTCT/Level 3 NVQ in Beauty or Level 4 NVQ Laser. Minimum 12 months’ experience working in an independent clinic. Confident in performing both laser and advanced skin treatments. You’ll have the industry experience to expertly cross-sell and upsell additional treatments and products. Able to manage your own column and work fully independently, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to take the next step in their beauty career. - Team Leader/Assistant Manager – Laser/Skin Clinic
Please only APPLY if you hold a Level 3 VTCT/Level 3 NVQ in Beauty or Level 4 NVQ Laser. Minimum 18 months’ experience in a clinic setting. Must be confident leading a team, running operations, and working independently. Proven ability to hit targets, motivate others, and maintain clinic standards. Strong focus on sales performance, client satisfaction, and team development. Must be already fully competent to carry out skin treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality treatments including facials, laser hair removal, and advanced skincare services.
- Conduct consultations, recommend treatment plans, and provide expert aftercare advice.
- Work toward and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene standards and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
- Build strong client relationships and promote repeat bookings and referrals.
- (Senior/Team Leader roles) Independently manage treatment columns, drive upselling, and oversee clinic activity.
