Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Parham. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with the production team to update order status, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This role requires excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, sales, or client relations
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, including order management systems and Microsoft Office
