We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Data/Software Engineer who combines deep technical software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of data processing and analysis. This role is central to the development of scalable data systems and high-performance applications.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, high-performance data pipelines using Python and Rust.
- Write infrastructure-as-code for managing Linux-based systems and services.
- Analyse large and complex datasets, writing custom tools and scripts where needed.
- Collaborate across engineering and data teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and system-level programming as needed.
- Review and work with code in Python, Rust, and occasionally C++ for integration or debugging.
Strong programming experience in Python and Rust (Rust is a significant plus). Solid grasp of Linux environments; Proven track record in software engineering roles with strong exposure to data processing. Comfortable wearing multiple hats—software development, data analysis, and infrastructure. A strong systems thinker with a low-level understanding of how data and computation interact. Experience in high-performance computing environments. Previous work in gaming, trading, or similar industries where performance and data are critical. Exposure to C++ is beneficial for understanding legacy systems or performance code.
