Primary Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Head of International Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the UK marketing calendar, optimising the use of the CRM platform, managing the implementation digital advertising, overseeing PPC campaigns and maximising local area marketing (LAM) investment. Key responsibilities include:
- Enhance and implement the UK marketing calendar, including brand campaigns, launches and promotions.
- Work with Graphic Designer to determine theme, look and feel of campaigns, and oversee development of print and digital assets.
- Manage CRM program including planning, creating and deploying emails and SMSs to client database.
- Oversee national and local PPC campaigns, ensuring alignment with national campaigns.
- Work with Assistant Marketing Manager to optimise local area marketing, ensuring a high standard of support for clinics and a good return on investment for Franchisees.
- Interpret sales data to inform decision-making and provide reports on Marketing performance.
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Achievement of cash sales targets across UK network
- New client acquisition targets met
- Increased ROAS on all campaigns
Qualifications
- Qualification in Marketing, Business or similar, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ B2C experience and proven track record of creating and delivering multichannel marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Insider, Salesforce or Hubspot is highly desirable
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC and paid social
- PR and social media experience is desirable but not essential
- A background in the beauty, services, retail or franchising industry is highly regarded

- Proficiency managing CRM platforms and utilising data to inform marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to curate reports to communicate data and insights
- High-level attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative and able to work within a team, as well as initiative to complete work independently where required
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid people management capability
